“Silver Needles with a White Pile” is made of first spring buds (harvest April 2016) of Da Bai Cha tea cultivar in Fudin County (Fujian province).
In appearance: large, needle form, fluffy buds of silver grey colour. The aroma is fresh, floral. The liquor is transparent, light golden-olive color.
The bouquet of brewed tea is light, refined, floral with notes of mint, raspberry, biscuit and nuts of early maturity. The aroma is delicate, flowery. The taste is mild, juicy, minty-cool, sweetish with barely perceptible acidity, transforming into refreshing finish.
Brewing suggestions. Brew tea with hot water (80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in glass teaware. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 8-10 seconds. After that make short infusions (just for a second), increasing the infusion time gradually. You can repeat this brewing method up to 6-7 times.
Lovely, romantic tea with refined flavor and refreshing impact.
