«White Peony» was made in Zhenghe County (Fujian province) in the spring of 2017.
Dry leaf: large, hairy buds and small leaves of olive-green colors. The aroma is intensive, herbaceous. The liquor is transparent with white grapes hue.
The bouquet of brewed tea is light and airy, herbaceous, with notes of primrose, raspberry leaf, peach, flaxseed, lime and mint. The aroma is fresh and tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is refined and full-bodied, with delicate citrus sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 8-9 times.
