«White Longjing» is made of spring tea shoots (March 2018) in a small tea farm situated in Hanzhou tea area (Zhejiang province). It is named “white” due to the color of tea buds. The young buds are very sensitive to the cold. They are light green, nearly white in the early spring. But when the temperature rises till 23°С, the leaves produce chlorophyll and become green.
In appearance: large, flat, glossy tea buds of pistachio colour. The aroma is fresh, herbal-floral. The liquor is transparent, light yellow-greenish colour.
The brewed tea has fresh, airy, herbal-floral bouquet with biscuit and nutty hints. The aroma is high, airy, herbal-floral. The taste is delicate and refined, juicy, smooth, sweetish, with tender tartness, transforming into lingering, refreshing finish.
Brewing suggestions. Brew tea with hot water (70-75°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in glass tea ware. The proportion is 3 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 5-7 seconds. After that make short infusions (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing the infusion time gradually. You can repeat this brewing method up to 7 times.
