Made in a small tea farm in Ailaoshan Mountains (Jingdong, Puer County), harvest Spring 2018.
100-grams teacake composed of olive-brown leaves and silvery tips. The fragrance is intensive, herbaceous with nutty accent. The infusion is transparent, yellow pear color.
The bouquet of brewed tea is vivid and fresh, herbaceous with nutty and floral notes. The fragrance is tender, summer meadow tonality. The taste is juicy, a bit tart, with delicate bitterness, lime sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (75-95°C, the lower the temperature, the softer the taste) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 3-5 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
Raw puer «Ailaoshan» is a right choice for daily tea breaks – rich, vivid and energizing. It contains everything necessary for long-term aging and development.
