Puer «Bai Hao» («White down») was compressed by the order of the MoyChay.ru company in 2018 in a small tea farm situated in Lincang County (North-West tea region) from the first spring tips of big tea trees (harvest 2018).
350 g teacake of medium density, broken effortlessly with fingers into large, silky tips, extremely pleasant to the touch. The aroma is delicate, floral-herbaceous. The infusion is transparent, yellow grapes colour.
The ready-made tea has vivid, multifaceted, spicy-floral bouquet with woody, nutty, fruity and berry notes. The aroma is high, herbal-floral with fruity accent. The taste is full-bodied and juicy, with delicate raspberry sourness, nuances of spices and sappy finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80-95°C, the lower the temperature, the softer the taste) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
