Shu Puer «High Grade» was made by special order of the Moychay.ru company from mao cha harvest 2016. As the raw material there were used spring shoots of large tea trees of Mount Bulangshan, Menghai County.
In appearance: the tea cake of 100 grams, composed of dark brown leaves, buds, and small cuttings. The aroma is mature, nutty. The infusion is transparent with dark reddish-chestnut hue.
The bouquet of brewed tea is mature, nutty with notes of pastry and autumn leaves. The aroma is warm and deep, nutty with notes of mushrooms and dried fruits. The taste is full-bodied and sappy, velvety, sweetish, with minty coolness and light berry nuance in lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 8-9 times.
«High Grade» is an excellent shu puer for a variety of situations and moods: soft, juicy and friendly, it is not exacting to strict observance of proportions and temperature conditions. Its effect is warming, moderately tonic, in low concentration - relaxing.
