In appearance: teacake (50 grams) composed of pressed dark brown twisted leaves and reddish tips. The fragrance is restrained, woody-balsamic with honey accent. The liquor is transparent with reddish-chestnut hue.
The bouquet of brewed tea is warm, woody, with pastry, fruity, honey and balsamic notes. The fragrance is warm, pastry-herbaceous. The taste is strong and full-bodied, sweetish, with delicate woody tartness and fruity sourness, turns to refreshing finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95-100°С) in a gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 7-8 times. Perfect for brewing in the thermos.
