Shu Puer "Court style" was made by order of Moychay.ru Company at the plant "Da Ye" in the spring of 2016. It was produced from "mao cha" harvested in 2008 - buds and upper leaves of tea bushes from plantation areas of Pu'er region.
100 g teacake of medium density, which can be easily broken into small reddish buds and fragments of dark brown leaves. The dry tea has moderate nutty fragrance. The infusion is transparent and has a rich chestnut colour.
The bouquet of ready tea is ripe nutty with bread, wood, mushroom and chocolate notes. The flavor is delicate, soothing, smooth, sweetish with a light nutty bitterness. The aroma is moderate, complex woody-nutty. A pleasant, velvety aftertaste.
Preparation: brew with boiling water (95-100°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay for Shu Pu'er. The proportion is 8 g per 100 ml. Use "pouring brewing method" (pouring water through leaves, gradually extending exposure time). The leaves can last for 7 - 8 brews.
A wonderful Shu grade for various occasions and moods: soothing, subtle, ripe, and harmonious.
