"Old Sheng from Yiwu Mountains" is made of mao cha, collected and processed in Yiwu Mountains in 2012. Compressed in 2017 in a small tea farm especially for MoyChay.ru. The Yiwu Mountains is one of the oldest tea regions in Xishuanbanna.
In appearance: 357 g teacake of medium density, broken effortlessly with fingers into large, twisted, dark brown leaves and stems. The aroma is restrained, fruity-herbal. The infusion is transparent, dark amber colour.
The brewed tea has rich, mature, herbal-fruity bouquet with notes of wood, wild mushrooms, dried apricots and prunes. The aroma is viscose, calm, of stewed fruit tonality. The taste is rich and full-bodied, juicy, with delicate berry acidity, transforming into refreshing finish.
Brewing suggestions. Brew tea with hot boiling water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 8-10 seconds. After that do short brews (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing exposure time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 8 times.
"Old Sheng from Yiwu Mountains" is the perfect drink to revitalize your mind and refresh your spirit. It is sure to please fans of "fruit" tastes. Contains everything necessary for further development.
