«Mansong Sheng Bing» («Sheng from Mansong village») was pressed in 2018 by the order of Moychay.ru from maocha harvested by farmers of Mansong village (Iban Mountains, Mengla County, Eastern Xishuangbanna) in 1998.
357 g teacake of medium density, broken effortlessly with fingers into large, brown flagella of twisted leaves with thin cuttings and beige tips. The aroma is restrained, fruity-balsamic. The infusion is transparent, with an apricot shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature and multifaceted, fruity-balsamic, with hints of oak moss, autumn leaves, spicy herbs and citrus. The aroma is deep and complex, fruity-balsamic. The taste is full-bodied and smooth, silky, with a sweetness of dried fruits, citrus sourness and spicy nuances, turning into the lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (90-95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
«Mansong Sheng Bing» is an excellent aged tea with a multifaceted, mild flavor and a very harmonious effect. Especially recommended to lovers of "fruity" puer.
