«River Town» was made in a small tea-farm situated in Jiangcheng-Hani-and-Yi autonomus county (Puer County) by special order of the Moychay.ru company from mao cha harvest 2017.
In appearance: the tea cake 100 grams, composed of large silvery-gray leaves, beige buds and thin cuttings. The aroma is intensive, herbaceous, with woody and berry notes. The infusion is transparent with meadow honey hue.
The bouquet of brewed tea is light, herbaceous with woody, nutty and citrus notes. The aroma is intense, spicy-herbaceous. The taste is mild and sappy, slightly astringent, with light citrus sourness and nuances of spices, turning into a refreshing, minty aftertaste.
Brew tea with hot water (80-95°C, the lower the temperature, the softer the taste) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.
