Teacake «First class» was made of tea shoots, collected and processed in Wuliangnshan mountains (the North part of Jing Dong region) in 2016 and pressed in a small farmhouse of Pu’er County especially for MoyChay.ru company.
357 g teacake of medium density, broken effortlessly with fingers. The aroma of dry tea is discreet, nutty with a hint of wine. The infusion has a rich brown hue.
The brewed tea has a matured, nutty-balsamic flavor with hints of autumn leaves, wood resins and mulled wine. The aroma is deep and warm. The taste is saturated, pleasantly astringent (in high concentration – tart), with bright bitterness and sourness of dried berries, transformed into long-lasting aftertaste.
Brewing suggestions. Brew tea with hot water (95-100°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot for Ripe Pu'er made of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 10 seconds. After that just rinse water through teapot or gaiwan, increasing the exposure of each next infusion. You can repeat this brewing method up to 10 times.
A great choice for everyday tea breaks. Saturated, invigorating taste and great energetic effect. High potential for aging and further maturing.
