Dark tea «Cuprite» from Anhua (Yiyang County, Hunan Province), harvest 2017.
A 1000-gram briquette of medium density, easily exfoliates into large dark brown leaves with cuttings. The aroma is restrained, fruity. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of dark amber.
The bouquet of the brewed tea is mature, complex, woody-and-fruity with hints of autumn leaves and herbs. The aroma is deep and warm, fruity. The taste is soft and smooth, sweetish, with delicate berry sourness and a refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (90-95°С) in a gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6-8 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 8-10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.
Dark tea «Cuprite» from Anhua is a good choice to boost your daytime energy. We especially recommend it for all those who are looking for fruit flavors.
