Green tea from Liubao County (Guangxi province), harvest 2019. Technologically, this is mao cha, a semi-finished product from which Heicha could later be made.
In appearance: medium-sized, yellow-green spirals of twisted leaves and tips. The fragrance is intensive, herbaceous with a lilac accent. The liquor is transparent, with a light grapes shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, spicy-herbaceous with notes of meadow flowers. The fragrance is intensive, floral-herbaceous; the cold fragrance is sweet, floral. The taste is full-bodied and soft, sweet, with a fine berry sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (75-80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 3-5 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 6-7 times.
Green tea from Liubao is the right choice to relieve fatigue and boost your daytime energy.
