The “Heavenly Peaks” was made in 2011 in Gaojia-xi (Anhua county, province Hunan) by the traditional technology.
In appearance: small brown flagellum of twisted leaves. The aroma is restrained, woody, with herbal and tobacco hints. The infusion is transparent, with chestnut shade.
The bouquet of brewed tea is mature, complex, with notes of autumn leaves, spicy herbs, tobacco, oak moss and dried fruits. The aroma is deep and calm, woody, with herbal hints. The taste is full-bodied, soft and sweetish, with spicy nuances and refreshing finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95-100°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 7 times.
The “Heavenly Peaks” is a good choice for everyday tea breaks. The effect is warm, moderately tonic.
