Aged Liubao from Wuzhou "Binlang Aroma" is the famous black tea of Guangxi Province (harvest 2008).
In appearance: middle-sized, thin flagella of dark brown leaves. The aroma is deep, complex, with earth note. The liquor is transparent, dark amber color.
The brewed tea has polyphonic woody-balsamic bouquet, with notes of moist earth, aged cognac, pastry and dry berries. The aroma is calm and low, earthy. The taste is soft, rich and full-bodied, sweetish, slightly astringent, with fine berry sourness, turns to lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 8-9 times.
Aged Liubao from Wuzhou is an excellent choice for tea drinking in wet and cold weather, with physical and emotional overload. It warms body and relieves fatigue, puts in order thoughts and feelings, very positively affects the general state of health.
