Shu Puer made by Menghai «Da Yi» («Great benefit») company in 2001. Taiwanese storage.

370 g teacake of medium density, broken with fingers into large lengthwise twisted brown leaves, thin stems and tips. The aroma is restrained, nutty. The infusion is dark chestnut color.

The brewed tea has mature, complex bouquet with notes of old dry wood, rustic bread, autumn leaves, nuts and berries. The fragrance is viscous and warm, woody. The taste is rich and smooth, sweetish, with delicate wood tartness, spicy nuances and berry acidity, transforming into velvety finish. 

Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 12 times.

Shu Puer «Da Yi» is an great choice for gourmets and lovers of Lao Cha.

Сразу по аромату сухого листа я понял, что это именно он. Тот шу, каким он должен быть в моем понимании, и за что я его люблю. Глубокий, влажный и сладкий.
Дает яркий темно-коричневый с бардовым цвет и основательный аромат жаренного ореха, трав и меда. И держит этот чудесный букет долго, от пролива к проливу.
Во вкусе гладкий и округлый, очень приятный по ощущениям. Все сбаллансировано, выделяются только сухие ягодки.
Возможно не такой густой, как мы привыкли, но в этом его прелесть - пьется легко, непринужденно и совсем не напрягает.
Как ни настаивай - держит достоинство, ни горечи, ни вязкости.
В послевкусии густой и приятный, в пустой пиале весьма сладок.

В итоге - идеально. именно то, что нужно. Плавный, шелковистый. Согревает и успокаивает.
Это совсем не тот стереотипный "нефтяной русский ядреный пуэрчик".
Это нежный, расслабляющий, десертный и вечерний тайваньский Лао Шу Ча.
