Aged Sheng Puer «Lan Zhang Xiang» («Green Seal»), recipe 7542, made by CNNP company in 1996 (Taiwanese storage).

360-grams tea cake of medium density, easily divided into medium-sized, brown, flagella twisted leaves and buds with thin cuttings. The aroma is restrained, fruity-balsamic. The infusion is transparent, with an amber shade.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature and multifaceted, fruity and spicy, with notes of autumn leaves, aged cognac, oakmoss and exotic wood resins. The aroma is deep and rich, woody-balsamic with a fruity accent. The taste is soft and smooth, full-bodied, a bit astringent, with a refined fruity sourness, transforming into the juicy, lingering finish.

Brew tea with hot water (90-95°C) in a gaiwan or in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 15 times.

Aged Sheng Puer «Lan Zhang Xiang» is an excellent example of aged Puer for collectors and sophisticated connoisseurs.

Аромат сухого листа в меру пыльный, пыльцовый, с ноткой прошлогодних листьев.

Из прогретого чайника пахнет мокрой древесиной и варёными грибами. Вкусно и хочется как можно скорее узнать, как чай раскроется дальше. Рот наполняется слюной в предвкушении.

Первая заварка очень мягкая, уютная, в чашке много пенки. Усиливаются образы предыдущей стадии.

Вторая заварка плотная, ворсистая на вкус, торфяная. Будто переносишься в чащу старого леса. В середине пролива влажная коряга. К концу внезапно добавляется мыльная парфюмерная композиция.

К третьей чашке проявляется кислинка. Вкус и аромат становятся цельными и окончательно раскрываются. Настроение от чая умиротворенное, уютное. Приходит чувство защищенности. Как будто укутался теплым одеялом. Настой сам собой прокатывается по полости рта. После него остается легкий холодок.

Всё чаепитие продолжают приходить на ум образы чащи, мокрой палой листвы. Мох, трухлявые пни, древесная смола в аромате из пустой чашки. Всё, что обычно ценишь в старых пуэрах тайваньского хранения. Влажный склад, который не разочаровывает.

Вкусовой профиль многосоставной, послевкусие невероятно долгое. Так же хочется отметить такую особенность: напиток очень осязаем, то есть богат не только вкусом, но и фактурой. Это чувствуется на всех этапах заваривания.

Количество проливов стремится к бесконечности. От пиалы к пиале усиливается то сочность и влажность, то маслянистость и пряность.

Чай балансирует, даёт уверенное спокойствие и желание последовательно и продуктивно выполнять текущие задачи.
