Aged Taiwanese Oolong « Wen Shan Baozhong Huaxiang» («Floral Fragrance Baozhong») harvest 60s of the twentieth century.
In appearance: medium-sized, light, dark brown flagella of twisted leaves. The fragrance is deep and refined, woody-balsamic, with an earthy note. The liquor is transparent, with a mahogany shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is aged, multifaceted, woody-balsamic, with fruity, floral, brandy, earthy and spicy notes. The aroma is bright and high, complex, fruity-balsamic. The taste is rich and soft, with light woody tartness, fruity sourness and nuances of spices, transforming into the lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (90-95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 15 times.
Aged Taiwanese Oolong «Baozhong Huaxiang» is an excellent tea with a multifaceted taste, delightful aroma and deep, meditative effect.
