In appearance: medium-sized, light, dark brown flagella of twisted leaves. The fragrance is refined, woody-balsamic, with an earthy note. The liquor is transparent, with a mahogany shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is aged, multifaceted, woody-balsamic, with fruity, brandy, earthy and spicy notes. The aroma is bright and high, complex, woody-balsamic. The taste is rich and soft, sweetish, with delicate fruity sourness and nuances of spices, transforming into the lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (90-95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 15 times.
