“Golden Buds from Anji” is made of first spring tea shoots (harvest April 2017). This is the original variety, the flavor and aromatic profile of which resembles both green and yellow tea.
In appearance: thin needles of buds and leaves, yellowish-green color. The aroma is fresh and tender with herbal and biscuit tints. The infusion is transparent, light golden-green color.
The bouquet of brewed tea is refined, herbal with biscuit and nutty hints. The aroma is tender, meadow. The taste is refined and full-bodied, sweetish, with delicate fruit tartness and acidity, transforming into mellow finish.
Brewing suggestions. Brew tea with hot water (80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in glass tea ware. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 5-7 seconds. After that make short infusions (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing the infusion time gradually. You can repeat this brewing method up to 7 times.
