«Biluochun» («Emerald Spirals of Spring») from Dixiu village (Wenshan County, Yunnan province) made in early spring of 2019.
In appearance: medium-sized, silvery-green pellets of twisted tips. The fragrance is fresh, floral-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a light shade of grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, herbaceous with hints of meadow flowers. The fragrance is tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and juicy, sweetish in the beginning, with a fine berry sourness and juicy astringency in the end.
Brew tea with hot water (70-80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 3-5 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 6-7 times.
