«Dancong Lü Cha» («Dancong Green Tea») from South Fujian Province, made in early spring of 2019 from Dancong tea variety.
In appearance: medium-sized, brown spirals of twisted leaves. The fragrance is intensive, floral-herbaceous with a nutty hint. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, floral-herbaceous with a nutty note. The fragrance is tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and sweet, with spicy nuances, fine berry sourness and delicate, refreshing bitterness in the aftertaste.
Brew tea with hot water (70-80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 3-5 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 7 times.
«Dancong Lü Cha» is a good choice for daily tea breaks – bright, vivid and awaking.
