In appearance: small olive-green pellets of twisted tea shoots. The aroma is high, herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with light golden-green shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is fresh, herbaceous with notes of green nuts and meadow flowers. The aroma is high and tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and mild, sweetish, with fine berry sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (75-85°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 6-7 times.
«Di Shui Xiang» is a good choice for daily tea breaks – refreshing, vivid and optimistic.
