“Sweet Dew from the Emei Mountain” is harvested and produced in the Emeishan Mountain (Sichuan province), at an altitude of above 1200 meters, in the early spring 2015 when the mountains are still covered with snow.
The dry tea consists of tiny spiral buds of grey-green color, rich covered with silver hair. The aroma of dry tea is tender with herbal and floral hints. The clear liquor has a light olive tint.

Emei Shan Gan Lu is brewed in with chilled boiled water (75-80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in glass tea ware. Take 3 grams for 100 ml volume vessel. Rinse tea with water, make a quick infusion for a second and increase the infusion time gradually with each next brewing. This tea can be infused for 6-7 times this way.
