“Green buds from the Emei Mountain” is harvested and produced in the Emeishan Mountain (Sichuan province) at the 1200 meters high in the early spring 2021.
The dry tea consists of thin needles of pistachio-green hairy buds, leaves and fleshes. The aroma of dry tea is delicate, herbal and floral. The infusion has clear light green color.
The bouquet of brewed tea is light, fresh, herbal and floral. The aroma is subtle, tender, with summer motley grass, honey and acacia tones. The taste is mild, smooth, sweet with slight berry sour taste. The aftertaste is nice and sweet.
Infuse this tea with chilled boiled water (75-80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or glass teaware. Take 3 grams for 100 ml volume vessel. Shed tea with hot water and increase infusion time gradually. You can infuse it for 7-8 times.
