«Fluffy Peaks of Emei Mountain» is made of the very first spring tea shoots (March 2017) in a small tea farm situated in Emeishan Mountains (Sichuan province).
In appearance: middle size, flat, fluffy tea buds of olive-green colour. The aroma is fresh, herbal-floral. The liquor is transparent, light greenish colour.
The brewed tea has fresh, light, herbal-floral bouquet with delicate nutty hint. The aroma is high, airy, herbal-floral. The taste is refined, juicy, smooth, sweetish, with tender berry acidity, transforming into refreshing aftertaste.
Brewing suggestions. Brew tea with hot water (70-80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan. The proportion is 3 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 8-10 seconds. After that make short infusions (just for a few seconds), increasing the infusion time gradually. You can repeat this brewing method up to 6 times.
