In appearance: medium-sized, flat, glossy, pistachio green tips. The fragrance is intensive, herbaceous with a nut hint. The liquor is transparent, with a golden-green shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, herbaceous with biscuit and floral notes. The fragrance is rich, nutty- herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and oily, sweetish, with refined berry sourness and refreshing finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 5-6 times.
