«Snow burgeon from Emei Mountains» is made of first spring tea shoots (March 2017) in a small tea farm situated in Emei Mountains (Sichuan province).
Dry leaf: small, glossy tea buds of bluish-green colour. The aroma is intensive, herbal with nutty nuance. The liquor is transparent, light greenish colour.
The brewed tea has fresh, bright, light herbal flavour with nutty accent. The aroma is tender, herbal-floral. The taste is bright, juicy, smooth, oily, transforming into expressive, lingering aftertaste.
Brewing suggestions. Brew tea with hot water (75-80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in glass tea ware. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 8-10 seconds. After that make short infusions (just for a second), increasing the infusion time gradually. You can repeat this brewing method up to 6 times.
