«Guangxi Maofeng Lü Cha» («Hairy Peaks») is a green tea from Guangxi Province, spring harvest of 2019.
In appearance: medium-sized, olive-green twisted leaves and silvery buds. The fragrance is intensive, spicy-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, herbaceous with hints of meadow flowers and baked chestnuts. The aroma is delicate, summer meadow, with a smoked accent. The taste is full-bodied and buttery, a bit astringent, with a fine berry sourness and spicy nuances.
Brew tea with hot water (70-80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 6 times.
The effect is refreshing, soft tonic, incredibly positive.
