«Guizhou Lü Cha» is the green tea from Guizhou Province, spring harvest of 2019.
In appearance: small, thin, olive-green, flagellum-twisted tips. The aroma is intensive, herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, spicy-herbaceous with floral and nutty hints. The aroma is tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied, soft and sweet, with light berry acidity and refreshing finish.
Brew tea with hot water (70-80°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 6-7 times.
«Guizhou Lü Cha» is a good choice for daily tea breaks with a soft taste and mild tonic effect.
