«Little Fragrant Silver Needles» was made in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Area in spring of 2017. During processing, the ready tea was mixed with fresh jasmine flowers.
In appearance: small, fluffy tea buds of silvery-olive colours and jasmine petals. The aroma is intensive and fresh, jasmine. The liquor is transparent, of light yellow-olive hue.
The brewed tea has bright, fresh, herbal-floral bouquet with jasmine and minty hints. The aroma is fresh and dazzling, floral. The taste is full-bodied and smooth, silky, with minty coolness and delicate spicy nuances, transforming into refreshing finish.
Brewing suggestions. Brew tea with hot boiling water (80°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or in glass tea ware. The proportion is 3 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 5-6 seconds. After that do short brews (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing exposure time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 7 times.
