«Wild tea from Yellow mountains» (Anhui province) harvest April 2018.

In appearance: large flagella of green leaves with long cuttings. The aroma is tender, herbaceous with biscuit note. The liquor is transparent, with light golden-green shade.

The bouquet of ready-made tea is fresh and airy, floral-herbaceous with biscuit, nutty and berry notes. The aroma is sweet and tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is refined and full-bodied, sweet, oily, with fine berry sourness, nutty accent and lingering finish.

Brew tea with hot water (75-80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 8-10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 3-5 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 7 times.

Неординарный, однако за счет этого и очень приятный чай из "свободного" листа)
Теплый, пряно-сладкий и как уже было замечено с Тайпин Ешэн - имеет в сухом виде выраженные вафельные ноты)
При заваривании аромат сладкий легкий, минерально-овощной со следами попкорна и печенья
Пестрый лист очень красиво наполняется разными контрастными оттенками зеленого по мере того, как оживает от воды

Вкус мягкий, шелковистый освежающий, слегка цветочный, что после задает мотив для шероховатого послевкусия с нежной кислинкой на кончике языка.

Ненавязчив, достаточно сочен что бы освежит и взбодрить, идеально пьется в теплую погоду, особенно за счет того что вкус не тяжелый, и очень питкий)
