«Silver Buds from Yellow Mountains» is made of spring tea shoots (April 2017) in a small tea farm situated in Huangshan Mountains (Zhejiang province).
In appearance: large, fluffy buds of silver-green hue. The aroma is fresh, herbal with delicate smoky note. The liquor is transparent, light greenish colour.
The brewed tea has fresh, airy, herbal bouquet with delicate smoky hint. The aroma is tender, herbal. The taste is juicy and smooth, full-bodied, sweetish, with thin spicy nuances, transforming into sappy finish.
Brewing suggestions. Brew tea with hot water (80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in glass tea ware. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The first brew should last for 6-8 seconds. After that make short infusions (just for a second), increasing the infusion time gradually. You can repeat this brewing method up to 6-7 times.
Right choice for everyday tea breaks: full-bodied, mellow, refreshing.
