«Longjing Jilou» was made at Jilou Tea Farm (Zhejiang Province), spring harvest of 2020.
In appearance: medium-sized, flat, pistachio green tips. The fragrance is intensive, nutty-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a golden-green shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh and multifaceted, nutty-herbaceous with berry, biscuit and floral notes. The fragrance is rich, nutty-herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and oily, sweet, with refined berry sourness and refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (70°С) in a porcelain gaiwan. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 15 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 5-6 times.
