In appearance: long, olive-green twisted leaves with thin cuttings. The fragrance is intensive, herbaceous with a nutty accent. The liquor is transparent, with a yellow-green shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, herbaceous with floral, berry and nutty notes. The aroma is delicate, summer meadow, with a nutty accent. The taste is full-bodied and juicy, buttery, a bit astringent, with a fine berry sourness and spicy nuances.
Brew tea with hot water (80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 3-5 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 8-9 times.
The effect is refreshing and tonic, incredibly positive.
