«Freshness of bamboo leaves from Mengding Mountain» is made of first spring tea shoots (March 2017) in a small tea farm situated in Mengding Mountains (Minshan County, Sichuan province).
In appearance: small, flat, glossy tea buds of bluish-green colour. The aroma is fresh, herbal. The liquor is transparent, light greenish colour.
The brewed tea has fresh, light, herbaceous bouquet with notes of green peas and gooseberry. The aroma is tender, herbal-floral. The taste is mild, juicy, smooth, sweetish, transforming into lingering aftertaste.
Brewing suggestions. Brew tea with hot water (70-80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan. The proportion is 3 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 8-10 seconds. After that make short infusions (just for a few seconds), increasing the infusion time gradually. You can repeat this brewing method up to 6 times.
