Made in Ozurgeti, province of Guria, harvest spring 2021.
In appearance: large, brown-green leaves and silvery buds with thin cuttings. The fragrance is intensive, spicy-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh and vivid, spicy-floral, with notes of champagne, berries and citrus. The aroma is high, berry-floral. The taste is rich, juicy, sweetish, with sparks of spices, chill of mint and lemon sourness - it unfolds gradually, changing during the tea drinking.
Steep the tea in a hot water (85-90°C) in a gaiwan or in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 15-20 seconds. After that do short steeps (for 3-5 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
“Georgian white tea” is the right choice if you are looking for a multifaceted, vibrant taste and refreshing, extremely positive effect.
