In appearance: large, curved flagella of dark-brown tea leaves with long stems. The fragrance is restrained, woody with fruity hint. The liquor is transparent, with an amber shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is warm, woody-and-fruity, with honey, biscuit, spicy and floral hints. The aroma is tender, fruity-biscuit. The taste is full-bodied and smooth, sweetish, with a refined fruity tartness and sourness and a refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15-20 seconds. After that do short steeps (for 5-7 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 8 times.
