The brewed tea has fresh, herbaceous bouquet with a refined mushroom hint. The aroma is tender, herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and mellow, with a delicate tartness and refreshing finish.
Brewing suggestions. Steep the tea in a hot water (80-85°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6-7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that, you can steep the tea 5 times increasing the exposure time.
