In appearance: large, curved, twisted green-brown leaves. The aroma is restrained, herbaceous with a hint of hay. The liquor is transparent, with a grape-yellow shade.
The brewed tea has fresh, herbaceous bouquet with hints of hay and meadow flowers. The aroma is tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is soft, sweetish, with a delicious tartness, berry acidity and refreshing finish.
Brewing suggestions. Steep the tea in a hot water (80-85°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6-7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 15 seconds. After that, you can steep the tea 3-4 times increasing the exposure time.
