In appearance: medium-sized, thin, dark brown twisted leaves and its fragments. The fragrance is restrained, woody. The liquor is transparent, amber color.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is bright and warm, woody with notes of autumn forest, spicy herbs, and citrus. The aroma is deep and warm, woody. The taste is rich and strong, a bit tart, with fine citrus acidity.
Brew tea with hot water (95-100°С) in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. Starting with an exposure of 5-7 seconds and increasing the exposure time to 2 minutes, you can steep it 5 times. Perfect for serving in classic Western style.
The effect is warming, moderately tonic, in low concentration– relaxing. It goes well with milk, dried fruit, snacks, and sweet desserts.
