Assam «Oriental» was harvested and processed in the east of Assam County in Autumn of 2018.
In appearance: small, thin, dark brown twisted leaves and its fragments. The fragrance is restrained, woody with a fruity accent. The liquor is transparent, with an amber shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is bright and warm, woody with notes of bread, citrus, and spice. The aroma is deep and warm, woody with a floral hint. The taste is rich and strong, a bit tart, with fine citrus acidity and refreshing finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95-100°С) in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. Starting with an exposure of 5-7 seconds and increasing the exposure time to 2 minutes, you can steep it 4-5 times. Perfect for serving in classic Western style.
The effect is warming, moderately tonic, in low concentration – relaxing. It goes well with milk, dried fruit, snacks, and sweet desserts.
