«Darjeeling Upper Fagu» is a first flush tea from Upper Fagu plantations (state of Darjeeling).
In appearance: small brown flagella of twisted leaves and buds with a silvery down, thin cuttings. The fragrance is restrained, floral. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, berry-floral with woody, herbaceous, biscuit and citrus notes. The fragrance is sweet and tender, floral. The taste is rich and juicy, fruity-sweet, a bit tart, with a fine citrus sourness, nuances of spices and a lingering finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (80-85°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 10 seconds. After that with an initial exposure of 3 seconds and bringing the exposure time to 2 minutes, you can steep the tea 8 more times.
