«Darjeeling Gumti» is a first harvest from organic Gumti plantations in the Indian state of Darjeeling.
In appearance: small brown flagella of twisted leaves and buds with a silvery down, thin cuttings. The fragrance is intensive, floral. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, multifaceted, berry-floral with hints of wood resins, spicy herbs and citrus. The fragrance is sweet and tender, complex, berry-floral. The taste is rich and buttery, fruity-sweet, with a slight woody astringency, nuances of spices and a refreshing lemon-mint aftertaste.
Steep the tea in a hot water (80-85°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 10 seconds. After that with an initial exposure of 3 seconds and bringing the exposure time to 2 minutes, you can steep the tea 8 more times.
