Original tea made near the town of Khosta in the village of Kalinovoye Ozero at an altitude of 800 m. The shoots of the Kolchida tea bush were used as raw materials.
Dry: thin, long, brown flagella of twisted leaves. The aroma is restrained, floral-and-berry with a hint of orange. The infusion is transparent, amber-yellow.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is bright, multifaceted, spicy-floral with honey, citrus and berry notes. The aroma is intense, floral and berry. The taste is delicate, slightly tart, sweetish, with a refined bitterness of orange peel, citrus acidity and a refreshing aftertaste.
Brew tea with hot water (80-85°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 20 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 5-7 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 7 times.
