«Red tea» was made in Alishan mountains (central Taiwan) in October 2018.
In appearance: small burgundy-brown pellets of twisted tea shoots. The fragrance is intensive, with dried fruits accent. The liquor is transparent, with amber hue.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is graceful, fruity, with woody, spicy, pastry and citrus notes. The fragrance is deep and warm, fruity. The taste is refined and full-bodied, with delicate spicy bitterness, fruity sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 9 times.
«Alishan red tea» is the right choice for a gala ocasion or a special tea mood. The effect is warming, soft tonic.
