«Red tea from Baoshan» was made in 2018 in a small farm of Baoshan County (North-West Tea Region).
In appearance: large, purple-brown flagella of twisted leaves with thin cuttings. The aroma is intensive, woody with fruity accent. The infusion is transparent, chestnut color.
The ready-made tea has warm and vivid, woody bouquet with floral and fruity notes. The aroma is warm and calming, woody-floral. The taste is full-bodied and juicy, sweetish, a bit tart, with a light fruity sourness and velvety finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
