«Red tea from Baiyin mountain» was made in 2019 in a small farm of Lincang County (North-West Tea Region) from the shoots of tea trees.
In appearance: large, dark brown flagella of twisted leaves and thin red buds with light fuzz. The aroma is delicate, fruity-herbaceous. The infusion is transparent, dark amber color.
The ready-made tea has vivid, warm bouquet with floral, spicy, woody, fruity and berry notes. The aroma is deep, warm and tender, with fruity and floral hits. The taste is full-bodied and juicy, sweetish, with delicate tartness of chokeberry, berry sourness, nuances of spices and sappy finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 8-9 times.
