«Tongmu Red» made from the autumn shoots of authentic tea bushes growing in the Tungmouth reserve (harvest of 2017). «Zhou Li» is the name of a daughter of master-technologist.
In appearance: large flagella of dark brown leaves. The aroma is restrained, fruity with a touch of wood. The infusion is transparent, with golden almond hue.

Brew tea with hot water (95-100°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 3-5 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
